About me..

I’m Kent McCuistion a physical therapist with 11 years of clinical experience specializing in manual therapy, dry needling, and progressive strengthening for complex pain presentations and patients who have failed traditional physical therapy.

I specialize with people who have already “done PT” and didn’t improve. That reality is not something I ignore—it’s something that frustrates me. A lot! So much so come of my colleagues have called me, “the pissed-off PT.”

Too many patients are left with generic programs, fear-based explanations, or endless passive care that never builds real capacity. Ineffective physical therapy doesn’t just waste time—it erodes trust in the profession.

This isn’t about being contrarian. It’s about being accountable to results.

The standard in physical therapy is too low — and patients are paying for it. Rehab should not be a rotation of modalities, vague cueing, and exercises chosen by habit. It should be structured, reasoned, and accountable to results. My education exists for clinicians who are tired of guessing, tired of hiding behind protocols, and ready to build real clinical clarity. We don’t need more techniques. We need better thinking.

If you’re ready to challenge your current beliefs and learn head over to my blog and check out my services section.
